- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and personalized jewelry are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective.

2. How to Return or Exchange
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization:
After receiving your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. -
Prepare the Return:
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and accessories.
- Write the RA number on the outside of the box.

Shipping the Return:
- Returns should be shipped to the address provided in the return authorization email.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, we will process your refund. The following applies to refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. -
Refund Amount:
- The refund will be for the purchase price of the item(s) minus any original shipping costs.
- Please note that gift wrapping fees are also non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same steps as for a return.
